Heaven Scent Cleaning Incorporated has a variety of programs to provide lasting protection for your hard surface floors. When it comes to caring for your vct (vinyl composition tile), we use only the highest grade products and supplies to complete the job. By using high-quality chemicals and supplies, you, as a customer, will have a floor that lasts longer and maintains its luster/protection against deep scuffing and damage as opposed to being  serviced by lower grade chemicals.

Heaven Scent Cleaning Incorporated also uses the latest flooring equipment technology.  We are proud to be an owner of the Clarke Boost 28-floor scrubbing/stripping machine.  This is an innovative floor machine that is capable of stripping vct without the use of harsh stripping chemicals. The wide orbital scrubbing head is capable of providing faster stripping with the use of water and fewer pads than conventional stripping machines. This, in turn, saves you money and time as a customer!

There are three floor care programs that are widely used to care for vct tile:

1. Autoscrubbing and Propane Burnishing:  this involves using an autoscrubber with a restoration floor cleaner applied to the floor thoroughly scrubbing off surface dirt and high speed burnishing to a luster. 
2. Deep Scrubbing and Recoating:  this involves stripping one/two layers of wax, with the use of an autoscrubber or Clarke Boost machine. This will remove embedded dirt and scuff marks.  The final step is to apply one/two layers of high quality wax to the floor.
3. Full Strip/Wax:  this involves stripping all old wax off of the floor, with the use of the Clarke Boost machine and applying four/six layers of high quality wax to the floor.

We will work with your needs and set a program that works with your budget. Unless otherwise arranged, Heaven Scent Cleaning Incorporated will provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment required to complete the job within the clients' timetable!

Along with facilities management, if desired by the customer, Heaven Scent Cleaning Incorporated can provide businesses with an outdoor property trash cleanup. We call it "policing the property". 

We also can supply businesses with 24/7 staffing for an emergency in case a facility's fire control systems are inoperative for any length of time. We can instruct our staff to walk and inspect any size properties on any frequency desired by the customer. This will provide the customer with piece of mind until the fire control system is back in operation!
